I’m so happy that an authentic Japanese ramen restaurant has opened in the heart of Newbridge! 🍜
The ramen is perfect for cold or windy days, with a rich and flavorful broth that really warms you up. The gyoza and karaage are also delicious, and the ice cream desserts offer some unique and interesting flavours.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming too. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended! 🇯🇵🍜
One of the best ramen I've had in Ireland :) The tonkotsu black garlic was amazing, and the special Edogawa ramen was delicious too. The broth was so rich, and the pork just melted in your mouth. Good service and cozy spot. Can't wait to go back! ♥️
Authentic japanese ramen, and I must say very rare of its kind in Ireland! Matsu Ramen has always been my and my husband’s go-to ramen place ever since it started during pandemic. Despite the distance when they were still operating at St Kevin’s GAA, my family would still drive down half an hr for it! That’s how good it is. Happy to see them opening up in Newbridge as its much closer to home. Taste is 5/5, service is 5/5
